BACK TO WADE COUNTY

Dywane Wade always said that he would like to end his career where he started it, with the Miami Heat. Right now, that’s looking possible again as the Cleveland Cavaliers have officially traded Wade for a second round pick in the deal. Wade, who is now 36, is the Heat’s all-time leader in multiple categories. These categories include games (855), points (20,221), steals (1,1410), and assists (3,933).

After just signing to the Cavs in September, Wade averaged a career-low with 11.2 points per game this season, coming off the bench in 43 of 46 contests. In what’s looking like a clean-sweep for the Cavs, they also traded Isaiah Thomas, Derrick Rose, Iman Shumpert, Channing Frye, and Jae Crowder. Before the trade, Wade, his representatives, and Lebron James were all consulted.
