The Swedish label Drumcode, one of the biggest techno labels out there, has a pretty phenomenal night planned for Saturday 27th October.
The initial Halloween event takes place at London’s Tobacco Dock and techno heavy hitters Nicole Moudaber, Charlotte de Witte, Slam, Paco Osuna, Alan Fitzpatrick, Dense & Pika and Marco Faraone are playing in the daytime.
As if that wasn’t enough, Adam Beyer, the label’s founder, has announced an after-party once the main event has wrapped up at 10pm.
For those looking to continue the party, they can head to London’s newest 24-hour-licensed club, FOLD. This after party will carry on through to 6am and while there’s no line-up that’s been announced yet, it’s going to be unmissable.
FOLD opened on August 18th and is found on an industrial site between Canning Town and Star Lane. With a 600-person capacity in the main room and a strict no-photo policy, it’s a pretty wild place to be.
Its opening night won’t be forgotten any time soon, and the owners believe they have created “a new home, tucked away from the pressures of the city, a place where you can listen to extended sets on a tuned soundsystem tailored to the specifications of the room to maximise the experience of the space.”
Drumcode has been going from success to success since 1996. A few months ago it was announced that the label has been the highest selling on beatport over the last year, a powerful achievement that is testament to the consistent quality that the label and its artists produce.
