HYTE returns to Funkhaus Berlin for New Year’s Eve 2018

It’s official! HYTE is returning to Funkhaus Berlin for New Year’s Eve 2018! You know what that means? Some of the biggest names in dance music will be taking over Funkhaus for the insane end of the year party that they’re known for!

HYTE has spent the past year traveling around the world for events, but it’s debatable that nothing tops their New Year’s Eve parties. This year’s shindig will consist of an intense 24-hour marathon of highly talented artists. While some performers will be household names, HYTE also welcomes underground artists who are just getting their foot in the door. The end result means a mix of music, dancing, and camaraderie.

In case you’re wondering why HYTE’s New Year’s Eve party will be held in Funkhaus Berlin, it’s because the venue has a storied connection to the music industry. Funkhaus’ huge complex is located in East Germany and dates back to 1951. What’s super cool about it is that it used to be the largest radio broadcasting site in the world. Today, Funkhaus is an epic venue for Berlin’s electronic scene, but its history is not forgotten. In present day, the venue mixes an old and new aesthetic, with modern Bauhaus design existing alongside historical Soviet architecture.

When we mentioned that there was an impressive list of performers for HYTE’s New Year’s Eve party, here’s the lineup in alphabetical order — that way you can easily scroll through and eye your favorite artists.

Adam Beyer
Amelie Lens
Caleb Calloway
Fabio Florido
Federico Gardenghi
Gregor Tresher
Richie Hawtin
Stephan Bodzin

Additionally, there are some special guests that are set to appear who haven’t been announced yet. All in all, this is looking like the place to be for NYE 2018 if you love electronic music.
