Finally!!! Something we didn’t know could even be possible, but will help us all, the portable AC.

Sony’s start-up accelerator program developed the Reon Pocket, a 3 oz (85g) portable AC that fits into your shirt. The Japanese company developed the technology in response to Tokyo businessmans’ complaints about being too hot in their suits.

The Reon Pocket can change the users body temperature by 23 degrees F, and also heat it in the winter by 14 degrees. In the summer the device uses Thermoelectric cooling to release cold air in a special undershirt.

The device is powered by a battery stored inside, which takes USB-C charge. The battery life is said to be 90 minutes.

In just one week since being publicized, the device is already sold out of pre-orders. The official release date will be at the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo Japan. We can’t wait to see this thing in action!
